Preparing for the Inevitable Death
Death comes for us all. We can’t escape it no matter how hard we try or how much we might wish for it not to happen. There is little we can do with it’s approach except for plan properly, even if it is difficult to face. Using Google to find term life insurance quotes is just one of the ways to start your journey into preparing for death and for creating a safety net for your family should the worst come to pass more quickly than planned or if you are aware that you are quickly descending into the final gasps. My father did this and I sat with him while he searched through the different plans, offering support for his choice to face his frail mortality. I know how hard it was for him to do this but he was doing it out of love for his family and that is the greatest gift anyone can give to those they care for.
When I have children I plan on having life insurance as soon as I can in order to protect them from the business that death has become. It seems unfair to me that a business should rise out of disposing our bodies; they simply dress it up as a way to help soothe a families grief but in reality they only hinder the process. With the amount of money that goes into finding a casket, a burial site, a memorial and so on how can that not do anything but cause even more stress from the grieving family? To me, it’s sickening, but it is the world we live in and just another aspect of the free market that we have to deal with. My only hope is that my children will not have to deal with the same thing as I have.
