Soror Alneshia Sudduth

Soror Alneshia Sudduth is a senior here at the Capstone. She is a native of Tuscaloosa, Al where she is a 2007 graduate of Paul W. Bryant High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Her perspective graduation date is December 2011. Soror Sudduth is an active member of the Blue Key Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Upon graduation, she plans to use her analytical skills in the recycling industry and/or automobile industry. She enjoys serving the community and devoting many hours to the Lambda Zeta chapter of Delta Sigma Theta where she serves as the 2010/2011 Treasurer.

Soror Adrienne McCollum

Soror Adrienne McCollum is a senior majoring in Social Work with a minor in Psychology. She is from Winfield, Alabama; however, she graduated highschool from Tuscaloosa County High. Soror McCollum holds an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Bevill State Community College. She currently serves as the president of The Social Work Association for Cultural Awareness (SWACA) here at the Capstone. She is a McNair Scholar of the 2011 cohort researching “How Self-Efficacy and Parental Influences Affect Academic Achievement and Career Aspirations Among Black College Males and White College Males”. In addition to those activities, Soror McCollum, sits on the Diversity and Affirmative Action Committee in the School of Social Work where she is also the BSW representative on the Social Work Society’s Board of Directors. Her choice of volunteer work has been with the LITE (Literacy is the Edge) program in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she has served as a mentor/tutor for adult literacy. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family, friends, and sorors of the Lambda Zeta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Soror Tiffany Underwood

Soror Tiffany Underwood is currently a sophomore majoring in Accounting while also pursuing a Pre-Physical Therapy academic track. She is originally from Vestavia, Alabama where she graduated with honors from Vestavia Hills High School in 2010. Since she has been at the university, she has accomplished many academic achievements which include being inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the University Honors College, Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma Freshman Honor Society. She has also recieved numerous awaeds including the Earnestine Tucker Award, Department of Economic, Finance and Legal Studies Freshman Achievement Award, and a national NABA Scholarship recipient. Also, she is an active member of several different organizations on campus and participates in numerous community service activities. In addition to her academic achievements and community involvement, Soror Underwood has excelled athletically and is a current member of the University of Alabama’s Cheerleading squad for 2011-2012. Furthermore, she is very committed to the Lambda Zeta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she serves as the 2011-2012 Historian.
